realizing that more recovery was needed limited me on movements. i knew the upperbody was ready to go and that this side of heavy squats and running i should be ok to continue to work the lower half. the above combination was used extensively 2-2.5 years ago as i was training in more of a globo gym setting and had only begun to learn of the current methods i would much rather employ. that being said the bench press load was enough towards the end to keep things interesting and keeping a steady pace on the step ups brought a small degree of oxygen demand to the scenario. again, did this one for completion. 15:33
