as if from the sick and twisted mind and lab of dr. Frankenstein himself, this amalgamation of strength, power, and speed results in a face to face meeting with another insidious monster. as you scroll down the list attempting to take inventory of the tasks at hand while simultaneously trying to come to terms with what will likely be at least one of your weaknesses, you may find it next to impossible to wrap your past experiences around what this effort will demand. a monster stitched together from seemingly random ingredients of self destructive nature in the same way as the original pre-hollywood character, this frankenstein demands respect. in order to escape the death so many others have enjoyed, it will require you find a way to outrun its surprising complexity and super human speed and flexibility. key upon the required skills to escape victorious is one’s ability to change speed and pace while continuing to work as quickly as possible. attack fast when possible, regroup, and be prepared to fight slow and methodical thru the heavy parts. in the end what matters is the effort put forth for there really is no beating frankenstein. the faster and more capable we may become the challenges evolve and change becoming more cunning and sneaky, different monsters will always be born. what matters is taking something away from each encounter so that you can be more prepared for the next. i highly recommend putting frankenstein on your list, for if you escape, you’re sure to walk away with dual rewards in the form of both confidence and humility.
Great workout! It was good to break from the norm and have a variety one may have never experienced. One could easily argue the weight in comparison to rep count on a couple of exercises when viewing it on paper but after completing the workout it turned out to be a well rounded experience.
