did the hspu unbroken and the first 5 snatch without setting down the bell, all in less than 30 seconds. then, it took me close to a full minute to do the 5 left handed snatches. they all went down as singles and i even failed one before getting them all done. normally i feel stronger on this movement with my left hand but the heavier the load the more pressure on my shoulder and the left side has never quite been the same since impingement. burpees went relatively well but the power clean was a surprise. the movement was highly effective and more difficult at 32kg than anticipated. although i started out with 3 on each side, alternating produced the best pace and results. squat jumps, sdlhp, push ups, and goblet squats were all broken up into 3-4 sets with the squats taking some significant time. a long 2 minutes on the sit ups and 25/15/10 on the russian swings added to both the physical and chronological damage. again, i'm happy with the combination as producing effective scenarios is no longer the issue. for this particular one i wanted something a little heavier than typical that didn't include bumpers and multiple bars. being restricted in what you allow yourself to work with is something everyone should experiement with. this sort of effort is perfect if you are limited on space, equipment, or both - and from time to time, who isn't?
