LIMITED SPACE AND TIME

max rounds and reps in 10 minutes of:

hspu x 3
clapping push ups x 6
squat jumps x 9
butterfly abmat sit ups x 12
rowing calories x 15

5 rounds but probably went halfway into the 11th minute. stop watch problems and lack of planning resulted in a less than perfect scoring system.

this time i rowed on #8 and out of 15-20 pulls only one or two per round didn't get me a calorie. meters ranged from 180-200 but i'm unsure of the duration of each attempt, however, i'm sure it increased. that being said i felt less stress on the main movers and believe that it allowed me to maintain pace. more experimentation is necessary.

for this batch of work i restricted myself to bodyweight and the c2. with no pull up bar close by, chest to bar x 3 was eliminated from the prescription immediately but replaced with a worthy element.

a balanced and taxing situation, this scenario comes highly recommended.
