80lb post front squats x 10
8.5' burpee touch jumps x 6
ring dips x 3

strap on an extra 20 and take something a little different for a ride. villa came up with this under the unusual parameters of taking a break from gripping anything made of metal, and it worked perfectly.

the slightly lower rack position of the post makes for what feels like an extra 50-60lbs turning a lesser weight into a greater challenge. burpee touch jumps ended in a positive outcome, especially with the vest. you could jump as high as you want but you had better be accurate enought to hit the string or it was redo time. following these two movements with a weighted ring dip fried the shoulders and caused one to take pause before picking up the log again. all in all a nice little bit of work.
