
the following work is posted today at cfjax. the normal "rules" would suggest that i scale the loads considering 205lbs is my current 1rm for gto, but i'm not going to. it's been a while since i went heavy with the barbell and what better way to get stronger and more confident than working at the limit.

thanks again to villa and jason for sharing your space and for doing this one with me. i think we all learned something about our current abilites that we didn't know. sometimes it's positive and sometimes it's not. what matters is that we know more than we did. what's important is to use that information to get better.
