once again double unders improved the deeper into the effort i went, ending with an unbroken set just before the final run. this setup was just heavy enough on the squats (60-65% 1rm) that it resulted in taking what can only be deemed as excessive rest of upwards of 40 seconds after each 400. pull ups went well overall but it was the run and subsequent transition to the rack where i lost the most time. 1:56, 2:13, 2:22, and 2:18 are approximate 400m results. this is, and continues to be, a primary weakness for me. more attention in this area and new methods for improving efficiency are needed. i'm open to suggestions.
