3 minutes recovery between efforts

75lb thruster x 10
burpee bar jumps x 5

75lb hang power clean x 10
ring dips x 5

75lb sdlhp x 10
clapping push ups x 5

75lb power snatch x 10
squat jumps x 5

record reps per pair
score is total reps

c - 36/55/45/23 = 159

full on sprints straight out of the gate are the only way to go. 2 minutes went by faster than we thought it would during the first pair and unfortunately some reps were likely left on the table.
