experimenting with three different approaches to the tall jump combined with the prefatigue of the farmer carry resulted in some interesting results. in all but the second iteration, a linear decline in both breath and spring aided gravity in assuring the expected results of fewer reps per attempt. the full squat jump to height was surprisingly challenging, potentially more so than that of the standard jump with the extra 20lbs. more work and experimentation will be done with this movement in order to fully exploit it's potential benefits. although the legs were plenty fatigued, the final effort was still somewhat dissapointing considering a goal of 7 min. running is still a major weakness that must be addressed.
Nice!!!!!!!!!
