sprint 20m of flat ground + 20m of hill and back down to the start

record total round trip time for each attempt

no equipment needed. bring only the free and most useful tool known along with an empty cup. humble yourself on a hill and results will follow. this effort was cut short and only became an effective challenge during the last few attempts. next time double the dose will be explored. prediction, pain and success.
