due to whatever is going around, combined with seasonal aggravations, this weeks previous efforts were done under far less than ideal physical conditions. although i attempted to work through these circumstances i'm not sure if this approach resulted in steps in the right direction. drained and in need of more rest i elect to recover further. this luxury will be temporary as short term projects loom around the corner and long range plans need attention.

you're keeping me motivated carlos. dealing with some minor injuries right now so programming is currently limited. the multiple amrap is enticing.
