this should have been no longer than a 3-4 minute effort for me but neglect for the primary movement combination coupled with my recent 3 week run of virtually no activity left me at a great than anticipated defecit. 135 felt like 155+ and my previous comfort zone with the clean was primarily absent. upper body push / pull power that was previously a strength has dwindled to a less than average level of mediocrity. much work is needed.
