starting with kb under goal post and rope tied to it at 30' mark:
rope slam x 10 (rope perpendicular to goal post)
throw rope over goal post
30lb
burpee ball slam x 8
30lb
reverse ball toss over goal post x 6
53lb kb rope lift x 4
double rope climb up and over goal post x 2
(one end of rope touching ground so kb isn't holding it in place)
pull rope from goal post, drag rope with kb attached, and carry 30lb ball anyhow x 110yds
(kb goes 100 yds)
run back to kb with rope and ball, carry all off the ground back 100yds to goal post
record time
