a little under 20 minutes. stopwatch malfunction so i'm not sure.

rest day turned into work day
threw this together last minute and looking back i would have changed it to an amrap and maybe went with a fixed number of situps and swings, maybe even 32kg. i don't know, it worked well enough so maybe no changes are needed. in the end it wouldn't have mattered because it's all about the double unders. made it thru 6/10 sets unbroken on the first attempt but other rounds it took up to 5 failures before being able to move on. double unders are tough. that's all there is to it. you have to practice, a lot. i neglected them for the first few months of the year and have only this month begun to revisit the movement with hopes of retraining myself. by no means was i ever a master at them, but i plan to be.
