holding pace for the third mile wasn't doable this time around so i decided to shoot for a minimum of six minute pace on the 400's to try and make up for it. ran a little over on the first and overcompensated on the second. that left me with the final effort of the day. shoot for the 1:30 mark or empty the tank. I decided to go "all out" to see what would happen to my speed after all of the previous work. overall, a good day at the track.
