surprisingly enough moving 433lbs wasn't nearly as tough as i had anticipated. had it not been for trying to balance the ball while dealing with the inherent hunchback syndrome of carrying the sandbag without the use of hands, i may have been able to go like this for a couple hundred meters. in the end i don't know that there is much to be learned from this little circus stunt but i think what really matters is the fact that the mind was open to new and interesting possibilites. continued efforts intended to burn down the walls of this boxed in world we live in are on the horizon. 3 rounds for time, amrap, 21-15-9, 5-5-5-5-5, and 5k runs all have their place but with it proven that there are many ways to reach the finish line one might has well make it as interesting as possible. by no means do i underestimate the effectiveness of quality programming but in the end what's most important is doing the work. and for me, that means keeping things interesting whenever possible, as long as possible.
