lower the weight and reps, buckle in, and be prepared to lose your lunch because going as close to non stop as possible for 10 minutes is an amusement park ride in and of itself. this combination left me in an uncomfortable state of devestation and delerium. hunched over and wrecked i considered the reasons why i do this and whether or not they were enough. the easy route is so much easier. occassionally the self inflicted pain and discomfort of a particular effort reaches the point where going back is considered. seconds later those thoughts are eradicated by the realization and simple fact that although i hurt, i'm alive. in a world of infinite choose your own "thrill seeking" methods, what we do is not only addictive, but when considering all the facts, it puts all other methods in the substandard category of distant second. find your unique secret programming key and unlock some personal nirvana, this is the answer.
